Booking Policy
​1. Introduction
The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. is committed to providing high-quality styling services to all clients. To ensure a seamless and professional experience, the following booking policy has been established. This policy applies to all services offered by The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co., including but not limited to Color Analysis, Body Style Analysis, Closet Refresh, Outfit Creations, Personal Shopping, Wardrobe Assessment, and Professional Photoshoots. By booking any service with The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co., clients agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or another agreed communication method. Clients must provide accurate contact information at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure any booking with The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and may vary depending on the service.
2.3 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or any other accepted payment method as specified during the booking process. All payments are to be made in USD.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 24-Hour Cancellation Notice
If a client needs to cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This amount will be automatically deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance, if any, will be charged to the client’s payment method on file.
3.2 No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, 100% of the total service cost will be charged. The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. reserves the right to refuse any future bookings from clients who fail to honor this policy.
4. Rescheduling Policy
4.1 36-Hour Rescheduling Notice
Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 36 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 36 hours in advance will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in section 3.1.
4.2 Limitations on Rescheduling
Each client is allowed a maximum of three (3) reschedules per service booking. Once this limit is reached, any further requests to reschedule will be treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation policy. Repeated rescheduling may result in permanent termination of the client’s booking privileges with The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co.
5. Late Arrival Policy
5.1 Punctuality Requirement
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. A grace period of 15 minutes will be provided. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. reserves the right to reschedule the appointment, applying the rescheduling limitations outlined in section 4.2.
5.2 Courtesy Reschedule
Clients who are late by more than 15 minutes will be offered a one-time courtesy reschedule. This reschedule will count towards the client’s total allowed reschedules as described in section 4.2. If the client is unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the booking will be considered canceled and subject to the cancellation policy.
6. Guest Policy
6.1 No Extra Guests
For the comfort and focus of the service, clients are not permitted to bring extra guests, including children, to their appointments unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Any breach of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the appointment, with the client being charged 100% of the service cost.
7. Respectful Conduct
7.1 Professional Behavior
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during their appointments. The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. reserves the right to terminate the session immediately if a client engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. In such cases, the client will be charged the full service cost, and no refunds will be issued.
8. Permanent Ban from Booking
8.1 Grounds for Permanent Ban
Clients who fail to honor the cancellation, rescheduling, or guest policies as outlined above may be subject to a permanent ban from booking any future services with The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. This ban will be enforced at the sole discretion of The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. and will be communicated to the client via email or other written correspondence.
8.2 Notice of Ban
Clients who are permanently banned from booking will receive a formal notice outlining the reasons for the ban and any outstanding balances due. The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. reserves the right to pursue any legal action necessary to recover unpaid balances.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 No Refunds for Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. cancels the appointment for reasons unrelated to client conduct. In such cases, the deposit may be refunded or applied to a future booking at the client’s discretion.
9.2 Refunds for Prepaid Services
Refunds for prepaid services will only be issued in cases where The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. is unable to provide the service as booked, and no suitable alternative can be arranged. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.
10. Modifications to Policy
10.1 Policy Changes
The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. reserves the right to modify or update this booking policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or other communication methods as appropriate. Continued use of The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co.’s services following any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
This booking policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. operates.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to this booking policy or the services provided by The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the county where The Modesty Blueprint Styling Co. is located, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
